Excellent massage, nice staff, no funny business. Best place ever
The massage therapist's technique was highly professional, and the pressure applied was just right. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you, Annie—I will definitely be back!
I've been here twice. The first time a lady did my massage, I paid afterwards and she was asking for a tip before I could even grab it out my purse so I didn't like that part. Yet I gave them another try yesterday, I had a man, he had me pay once I came inside, he did my massage. Now this time he was a bit too rough for me and my body. My body is soft and I proceed to tell him to ease up a bit, he kind of laughed it off, said okay but honestly it still was hurting and he still kept massaging with the same amount of pressure. Luckily, I got through it. So, he's done and I got dressed to go back out he's saying tip. Now, I'm the type I tip good because I respect everyone job and thats just how I am. Now since he was hurting me and I told him more than once to ease up and he didn't that affected the tip in my mind so I proceed to give him the tip he's gonna say that's all. I said yes, plus you were massaging me too hard, and I will not be back and I left. It's the nerve and audacity like I could have not given you a tip at all or just gave you a couple dollars since he wasn't thankful for what he received. I'm already supporting your business and paying for the service (s) I wanted so a tip is a plus/extra NOT a Requirement. I only had an hour full body massage for $70 cash or $73 with card let's not forget my arms and shoulders were not included or skipped for some reason. A few hours later, my back is now sore in those areas I told him not too hard at. It's possible I actually may have a bruise when I wake up. It feels like when you work out and the next day you feel the soreness only difference with this I'm starting to feel the soreness now. There is also a small slit/tore of skin on my toe that I didn't have prior to coming here. My issues & Recommendations are: 1.If you're told its too rough and you can't adjust switch with someone else. 2. Be Thankful for A tip. General Advice/Example: You never know if someone just had enough to treat themselves and instead of eating out they chose something relaxing. You never know what a person maybe going through or need in a moment but they chose to support your business and give you a chance. 3. People are always going to remember how they were treated and how the service was so be mindful. 4. Customers should leave feeling better NOT sore and hurting later. *I will NOT be back*
